Leadership Growth

Once you develop experience and begin building your own team, you can move into a Leader position.

Leaders work with 5 or more active Representatives and help guide team growth.

Our program gives you the opportunity to begin as a Representative, where your focus is introducing new people to our training programs and helping them get started.

As a Leader, you earn:

$8 from every sale made by each Representative on your team

Once enrolled, you’ll be introduced to your assigned Team Leader.

Your leader will guide you through the system, answer questions, and help you understand how the program works.

Step 3 — Learn How to Make Your First Sale

You’ll receive the basic training needed to begin promoting the program confidently.

This includes:

understanding the offer
how to speak with prospects
how to present the opportunity
how to close your first sale

Step 4 — Start Earning and Growing

As soon as you make your first sale, you begin earning as a Representative.

From there, you can continue building toward leadership by developing your own team.
